Scope Of The Project
Increasing productivity by centralising document management, work processes and training programs and providing service to more than 16,000 employees via the HR department of Yapi Kredi Bank.

Miscrosft Office Sharepoint 2007 was chosen because it would easily; Provide fast response to managerial needs, Integrate with the Bank’s current system, Respond to future development requests.
In line with the needs of Yapı Kredi Bank’s Human Resources Department, Simternet developed work flow, corporate content management and document management applications, on the MOSS infrastructure. User authentication for the users logging on the intranet is integrated with the security software currently used.
With the aid of the “Yapı Kredi employees Human Resources Intranet Portal”; Yapı Kredi Bank’s documentation, Human Resources legislation, Human Resources activity calendar, Work flow forms, Pending transactions, Training anouncements and documentations, News from the Yapı Kredi Family, Salary calculation and similar modules were implemented Conclusion The portal, providing service to thousands of Yapı Kredi employees, built on the database structure and algorythm by Simternet engineers, is under continuous development in accordance with the needs and requirements of the employees.
